The career plays offline. Until you open the online area the game sends nothing: the save stays on the device. The online area is optional, and what the server receives is listed below, item by item.
Playing offline
The career, the race weekends, the saves and the settings stay on the device. The game contacts no server until you open the online area — championships, events, standings, shop. If you never open it, no call is ever made.
Signing in with Google Play Games
Taking part in the online area needs an identity. The game uses Google Play Games: at the end of sign-in our server receives from Google only the player identifier (playerId).
We do not receive and do not store your email address, your name, your profile picture or any other data from your Google account. Signing in to Google Play Games is governed by Google's own policy.
What the server keeps

The in-game currency
In-game purchases concern a game currency and are recorded as movements on your profile. Our server does not receive and does not store payment data: any payment happens through the store, under its own terms.
What is not there
- No analytics or statistics service in the game: usage counts are made by our own server, only on the data listed above.
- No advertising and no advertising identifier.
- No sale or transfer of data to third parties.
- No payment data on our server.
For how long
Online profile data is kept while the profile exists. You can ask for its deletion using the contacts below: we delete the profile and its results. Technical logs containing the IP address serve to detect abuse and are kept for as long as that purpose requires. The days on which you used the online area are kept for 90 days.
Deleting the save on the device
The career saved on the device is removed by uninstalling the game or clearing its data from the system settings. It is independent of the online profile.
Who processes the data

GIF Web Solutions is the name under which an individual publishes these applications: there is no company, so there is no registered office or VAT number to give. The contacts above are the only valid ones.
Your rights
Where personal data is processed, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 gives you the right to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. You can exercise these rights using the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Children
The application is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data concerning them.
Changes to this policy
If the processing changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Earlier versions are not published: if you need a past version, ask at the contacts above.
